Policies
HOURS OF OPERATION: 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm.
After hours or on Sunday services will be discussed and determined on a case by case basis only.
PURCHASES AND VENDOR SERVICE FEES: reflect charges for my services only and does not include the cost of your purchases or outside vendor services.
FIRST-TIME CLIENTS: are required to pre-pay any third party costs.
REQUESTS FOR SERVICE: All requests for services can be made via phone or email and require 24 hours notice. I will do my best to accommodate emergencies that may arise.
SERVICE AGREEMENT: A Service Agreement Form must be filled out and sent to A Second Set Of Hands prior to services being rendered.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES: Cancellations are to be made via phone or email with 24 hours notice. If a courteous 24 hours notice is not followed through, a $15 fee will apply.
OUT OF TOWN SERVICES: Services 10 miles beyond my office will be charged at .35/mile.
PAYMENT OF SERVICES: I accept cash, checks made payable to A Second Set Of Hands. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon with a maximum of 14 days. Other fees will apply if payment is received beyond this 14 day grace period.
PAYMENTS RETURNED FOR NSF: There is a $30 fee for any returned check due to Non-Sufficient Funds.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you do not experience a benefit after using my services, I will gladly give you a complete and immediate refund...no questions asked.
PRIVACY POLICY: Please note that A Second Set Of Hands reserves the right to keep all client information strictly confidential and does not share information with any third party, unless otherwise pre-authorized by the client.
